Tree of LifeSenior & Disability Services

Privacy information

Your information should be treated with care.

This page explains what this website collects, why it is used and the choices you have. It was reviewed on October 7, 2026.

What we collect

  • Your name and email address when you send a request.
  • Your phone number, only if you choose to provide it.
  • Your preferred contact method, service interest and message.
  • Your consent, request status and the dates needed to keep an accurate service history.
  • If you continue with a service, the agreed package, invoice and payment status.

When Tree of Life connects its ShiftCare account, client contact details, visits and assigned staff are copied into private client files here. Updates replace the current saved version and earlier versions are retained. Pausing or disconnecting ShiftCare does not delete those saved records.

Website requests are kept with your contact record. When email receiving is connected, replies sent to Tree of Life’s connected address are also saved in the private Admin conversation for that email address.

Please do not put medical details, payment-card numbers or other highly private information in the contact form.

How we use it

  • To reply to your request and discuss suitable everyday support.
  • To prepare agreed service details, packages and invoices.
  • To keep accurate consent, communication and payment records.
  • To protect the website, prevent duplicate requests and investigate problems.

Who can receive it

Information is available to the single approved Tree of Life Admin account. Website hosting, email and payment providers may process only the information needed to deliver their part of the service when those connections are enabled. Tree of Life does not sell contact information.

Payment-card details are entered on the payment provider’s secure page. This website does not collect or store card numbers.

Your choices

You can ask to see or correct your contact information, or ask whether it can be deleted. Some records may need to be kept for legal, accounting, security or dispute-resolution reasons. Use the website contact form and write “Privacy request” in your message.
